In the category of listings, the total number of Avon homes for sale rose barely compared as there were 375 homes on the market versus the previous month’s total of 373. But in an annual comparison this number was actually 12.2 percent below last June’s total of 427—welcomed news, no doubt, for sellers. Finally, the average number of homes listed for sale on the Avon real estate market from May through July of this year fell 11.4 percent versus this same quarter 1 year ago, or 367 versus 414 respectively.
